We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons. For larger events, 3–6 months is ideal, while smaller events can often be accommodated with shorter timelines. We do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries whenever possible.
We offer both fresh and premium artificial florals. Fresh florals are ideal for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions where fragrance and natural texture are desired. Our high-quality artificial florals provide a beautiful, cost-effective option that can be customized for a wide range of event designs.
Our pricing varies depending on the scope, design complexity, floral requirements, rentals, installation needs, and event size. We provide customized proposals following a consultation to ensure transparency and a solution that aligns with your budget and event goals.
Yes. We offer delivery, professional installation, and breakdown services for all event types. Fees vary based on location, event size, and installation requirements.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date and begin the design process. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Yes! We design and fabricate custom backdrops, signage, welcome displays, branded activations, and statement installations to create a unique experience tailored to your event.
Absolutely. Corporate events and brand activations are a key part of our business. We work with organizations to create engaging event experiences, product launches, employee celebrations, conferences, networking events, and branded environments.
KRP Events is based in Michigan and serves Metro Detroit and surrounding areas. We are also available for travel for larger events and corporate activations.
